- Collection, Registration & Administration of Lease Agreements & Documents
- End-users’ filing procedures in the form of a file for each Sales & Purchase and/or Lease Agreement including copy of Agreement(s), amendments, renewals, invoices, receipts, correspondences and any other documents related to the administration of the Sales & Purchase and/or Lease Agreement and contractual relations with the End-user;
- Format of invoices and receipts;
- Invoicing and collection statements and reports;
- Recording of Lease Agreements and documents within UAPM Property Management System
- Production of regular Rental management reports and income statements
