Ibrahim S. Al Mulaik has joined Unified & UAPM on beginning 2014, he is oriented, and proactive in Business Development, in addition to his Property Management, Leasing, Real Estate Investments, Retail Sector (Fashions, Supermarkets & Restaurants) for more than 20 years of intensive hands on experience. Prior to joining UAPM, Ibrahim was Vice President of large Retail, mixed use developments in Saudi Arabia.

He Holds Degree in Business Administration (Marketing specialization) from in Saudi Arabia and has more than 20 international courses in the field of (negotiations, investments, legal, leasing and finance).

Larbi Behloul is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in facilities management, district cooling design, and MEP concept design.

He joined UAPM during 2023, where he manages large-scale projects. Larbi is not only a hands-on expert but also an accomplished author, having written several articles on district cooling, energy, and facilities management technologies. His practical expertise and thought leadership continue to drive innovation and efficiency in these fields.

Saeed Shaya joined the company in January 2026. He brings over 18 years of experience across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. His expertise includes commercial leasing, lease negotiations, and contract management, with a focus on maximizing asset value and enhancing the commercial performance of real estate projects.

Saeed has a proven track record in developing leasing strategies, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening the performance of real estate portfolios.

Hussam Dannouf is a more recent member of the Unified Team, after representing multiple clients of Unified over the years. Hussam has more than 12 years’ experience in the leasing field and retail property management, in addition to previously representing international brands and retailers in KSA & GCC where he managed large real estate portfolios and ambitious expansion plans.

He previously held senior roles in real-estate and leasing for large multinational  groups with a strong presence in the Kingdom.

Amer H. Al Jraki joined the company on 16th August 2015. Qualified and holder a bachelor degree in commerce and business administration with over 12 years of experience and track record in marketing, advertising and communication domain.
