- Establishment and submission for approval by the Client of the yearly Property & Facility, Safety & Security, Housekeeping, Marketing and General Administration strategy and yearly anticipated Budgets of the Property;
- Assistance in the preparation of the yearly Property/Project Service Charges Schedules and Property Strata rules, regulations and related Procedures;
- Implementation of Property Operation Management & Systems
- Production of Property Plan of preventive maintenance, repairs and renovation strategies; tendering with prequalified consultants, project management companies and contractors
- Organisation of tenders with selected outside suppliers and contractors of hard & soft Services prequalified suppliers
- Assistance in the preparation of yearly Marketing & Promotion programs in coordination with the Client’s representatives and a selected advertising agency Production of regular Property Management activity reports and financial statements
- Tenants and / or End Users Operation Rules & Regulations Manual
