UAPM provides its Assets Management & Real Estate Development Consultancy, and operational Services to the Properties of Unified Real Estate & Development Co. URED in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arebia and the MENA Region. UAPM is currently studying with the Development and Investment Departments in URED an expansion Business Plan to be managed domestically and regionally.
UAPM role is to assist in evaluating business development opportunities and to initiate in venturing with appropriate partners to structure the project fund of each development. Therefore, a JV structure could be created between URED, subsidiaries and affiliated companies or with independent strategic developer(s).
